| Cindy Harris, the owner of Visions By Design, has been
filming and shooting video for the past 15 years, and is still passionately
enjoying life behind the camera. |
| She is also a PADI certified Scuba Instructor and lived
and worked on dive resorts worldwide from 1989 to 1998 where she filmed
underwater commercially, and taught scuba diving programs, including
PADI Underwater Photography and Underwater Videography Specialty courses. |
She is a film school graduate, and has won a Film Festival award
for her documentary about
The 24 Hour Film Contest. |
